Terms and Conditions

That Future Proof Training Academy (hereinafter referred to as the ‘FPTA’, which expression will include the proprietors and their servants and agents) bears no responsibility for the loss, injury, sickness or death is cause by the negligence of the FPTA.

Any incorrect or omitted information could impact your dogs welfare and FPTA's duty of care/ liabilities. 

Proof of valid and current vaccination and desexing documentation must be provided on arrival. 

Proof of valid and current Flea and Tick Prevention must be provided on arrival. 

Illnesses or other medical conditions that present during your dogs stay may result in your dog being isolated and I will be notified. 

FPTA accepts all dogs however dogs are required to have a behaviour assessment on the first day. If behavioural issues are identified we may suggest referral or further training before full day daycare. However, I also understand isolation may be required where deemed necessary, for the welfare of my dog and others. 

FPTA will contact you immediately should any issues arrive during your dogs stay, regardless of severity. 

FPTA will post plenty of pics to FPTA social sites and website so you can be updated on their fun! 

That the FPTA bears no responsibility for any collars, leads, containers or other articles left with the FPTA

That I shall pay the charges outlined below during the period of lodgement of pets with the FPTA, and shall also pay the cost of any veterinary attention to the pets lodged with the FPTA, and shall also pay the cost of any veterinary attention to the pets which is deemed necessary by the FPTA during that period.

That payments to the FPTA made no later than the date of admittance of the pets shall be made by cash or cheque, and any payments made after that date shall be made by cash only.

That no deposit paid to the FPTA will be refunded.

That, subject to alteration by the FPTA, these conditions shall apply each time pets are admitted to the care of the FPTA.
