Our aim is not to rush dogs through the process. It is to create a safer, lower-stress experience that supports grooming success over time.

Behaviour Support Grooming
Some dogs need more than a standard groom. Our Behaviour Support Grooming service is designed for dogs who are worried, handling-sensitive, reactive, overwhelmed, or unable to cope in a standard grooming environment. These sessions are completed in shorter, structured blocks where needed to protect welfare and build grooming tolerance safely.

No. Grooming will be available more broadly, however current daycare dogs will receive a 10% discount.

That is exactly why we offer Behaviour Support Grooming. These sessions are designed for dogs who need a slower, more supported approach.
Will every groom be completed in one visit?
Not always. Some dogs will complete grooming in one session, while others may need multiple shorter sessions depending on how they are coping.
How do I know which grooming service to book?
If your dog is generally comfortable with handling and grooming, a standard service may be suitable. If your dog is worried, sensitive, reactive, or has struggled elsewhere, Behaviour Support Grooming is likely the better option.
