The FPTA Facility
A purpose-designed environment for learning, play, behaviour support and welfare.
Future Proof Training Academy in Wangara has been designed to give dogs more than simply space to exercise. Our environment allows us to adjust social interaction, activity, sensory input, space and opportunities for rest according to the individual dog and the service they are attending.
From structured daycare and training to behaviour therapy, grooming and enrichment, the facility gives our team the flexibility to create environments that support learning, coping, recovery and positive welfare.

Designed Around the Dog
Dogs experience the same environment differently. Our facility allows us to change the environment according to what an individual dog needs rather than expecting every dog to participate in the same activities or cope with the same level of stimulation.
Space & Choice
Different spaces allow dogs to move, explore, interact, disengage or rest depending on their needs and the activity taking place.
Activity & Enrichment
Training, play, food-based activities, exploration and sensory experiences can be selected and adjusted according to the individual dog rather than delivered as a fixed program.
Regulation & Downtime
Activity is balanced with opportunities for lower stimulation, rest and recovery. Dogs do not need to remain continuously active or socially engaged to have a successful day.
Individualised Support
The environment can be adapted for puppies, adolescent dogs, established daycare dogs, dogs attending training or therapy, and dogs who need additional support around handling or environmental experiences.
