Who We Are
Tara Herbort
Co-Founder
Tara Herbort is a co-founder of Future Proof Training Academy. As a dog lover at heart, her passion for understanding dog behaviour has driven her career. She has spent the last 18 years building up skills and experience in animal training and vet nurse skills and believes that the only way to see positive sustainable change in a dogs behaviour and have a healthy well socialised dog is to incorporate training and structured play into a daily routine.
The culmination of her experience and passion resulted in the creation of Future Proof Training Academy - a safe, engaging and enriching environment for ALL dogs, with a mix of play, training and chill time every day.
Tara is a fully qualified vet nurse and has completed certifications with the National Dog Trainers Federation Australia and has specialist courses in rehabilitating rescue dogs with Canine Principles.
